Choose which effect to paint with Adjustment Brush in Lightroom

When you want to adjust one particular area of the image in Lightroom, use the Adjustment Brush, which lets you paint changes just where you want them, so you can do things like dodging and burning.. First select Adjustment Brush in Develop module then choose effect you want to paint with from the Effect pop-up menu.
