Check Reading Level of Your Text Online for Free

Another great tip and link that I found in excellent book 100 Tings Every Designer Needs to Know About People. You can check readability of your text using Readability index calculator which is using Flesch-Kincaid method. Beside English you can check and text written in Swedish, Danish, Spanish, Dutch and French. Surprisingly German is not listed. Meine Damen und Herren, es gibt keine deutsche!

In the example below I checked readability for the first paragraph in my book review.
