Copy Appearance in Illustrator by Dragging and Dropping
Excellent tip for lazy guys like me to copy appearance (fills, strokes, transparency, and effects ) from one object to another with one single movement. To copy appearance from one object to another hold down Alt (Mac Opt) key on your keyboard and click and drag Target Column in Layers palette onto another object. When you hold down Alt/Opt while clicking on Target Column, plus sign will appear on hand icon with meaning that you are about to copy appearance. You can also move appearance in the very same way without holding down Alt/Opt key. You can also Copy Appearance from one object to another in Adobe Illustrator using Eyedropper tool and to use same technic in Photoshop to copy and move Layer Style.
